"Since moving off Neto Pick'n Pack, we're getting about a third more orders out with three fewer staff thanks to WRHS. That's roughly $20k a month in savings for us. It's been a no-brainer and pays for itself many times over."

Andrew, Director, Sparky Direct

Eco Tan

"WRHS has completely streamlined our entire fulfillment process. It's become a full scanning, picking, and packing system tailored perfectly to our workflow. Since switching from Starshipit, our order accuracy has improved by 100%, and our team efficiency has never been better."

Stephanie, Warehouse Manager

EFI Solutions

"Since migrating from Neto Pick'n Pack to WRHS, we've seen dramatic improvements in both speed and accuracy. Order turnaround times have noticeably dropped, picking errors have been virtually eliminated, and we've been able to grow our order volume without expanding our workforce."

Tarrick, Director

Why stages

Other systems sell you a checklist. We built the next stage.

Ask most WMSs for a quote and you get a form.

Do you need waves? Zones? Multi-bin? Cycle counts? If you knew, you wouldn't be asking. Everything is a module, so nothing is included, and the price is whatever you ticked.

An ecomm warehouse grows in stages, and we've run every one of them.

Scan packing first, then handheld picking, then stock control. Each stage is complete, and nothing is held back for an upsell.

Built inside a $100M Aussie reseller on thin margins.

Resellers don't get to carry a slow warehouse. There was no budget, no time and no patience for clunky processes, so every stage of WRHS was lived on a real floor before it was built.

Our job is to level up Aussie ecomms, stage by stage. See the stages.

Start with Pack and Ship. Grow into the rest.

Every stage is a flat monthly fee plus usage: the first 1,000 fulfilments each month are included, then from 16¢ each.

It's the same system the whole way up, so there's nothing to migrate when you move.

✓ Unlimited users ✓ Unlimited carriers ✓ Unlimited devices ✓ Unlimited pack benches ✓ No setup, contract or cancellation fees

Being a good human?

Charities never pay.

If you're a charity registered with the ACNC and you ship from your own warehouse, the whole platform is free. Every stage, whatever your volume, for as long as you're doing the work. If you're a social enterprise or a business built around a cause, tell us what you do and we'll find a price that fits. Either way, get in touch.

The rate drops as you grow.

Each fulfilment is priced by where it falls in the month. Your first 1,000 are included, the next 4,000 are 16¢ each, the 5,000 after that are 14¢ each, and so on. Crossing a band never changes what you've already shipped, it only makes the next fulfilment cheaper.

So 7,000 fulfilments in a month is $640 for the 4,000 at 16¢ plus $280 for the 2,000 at 14¢, which is $920 of usage on top of your stage fee.

Why it's priced like this.

If it's built, you can use it.

We don't charge extra for a feature that already exists and already works. A business shouldn't have something sitting there, switched off, because it didn't tick a box on a quote. The only things we'll ever charge extra for are things that cost us more every month to run for you, like AI.

Big businesses don't get the discounts.

Everywhere else, the bigger you are, the better your deal. The small operators are the ones who need the help. Here everyone pays the same stage fee, everyone gets the first 1,000 fulfilments included, and everyone pays 16¢ for fulfilment 1,001. The rate only drops on fulfilments past the size you're at today, and when you get there, it drops for you too.

Size is charged once.

Your volume is the only thing that moves your bill, and it moves it once, per fulfilment. Not per user, not per device, not per pack bench. Nobody should be switching a computer off to save money, or sharing one scanner between three pickers.

Your first week is free.

It starts the day your integration goes live, and you pick the day. We set you up before the clock starts. Every order you ship that week is free and so is the stage fee. If it isn't obviously worth paying for by day seven, pause the integration and you won't be invoiced a cent.

Frequently asked questions

How do you compare to Ship{insert word here}?

It's all in the name. Shippit, Starshipit and Shipstation are shipping tools that connect your ecomm to carriers, with fulfilment functionality as an afterthought. WRHS is a warehouse management system built for fulfilment first, delivering enterprise-grade functionality without the complexity and still natively integrates with Australia's best carriers.

Are you a WMS?

Yes. WRHS runs the warehouse from the moment an order lands: dynamic mobile picking on rugged scanners, bins, totes and zones, scan packing, labels, manifests and dispatch. Start with scan packing, add scan picking when you're ready. Stock is the third stage, for warehouses that want WRHS to be the master of their stock: receiving, put-away, stocktakes, a movement ledger, and your sales channel following our numbers. It's in early access with founding customers now.

Wait, you actually integrate with Neto?

Yup, and we know Neto inside and out. Our own ecomm (MXstore.com.au) is the largest Neto webstore on the planet. We utilised our learnings gained shipping millions of Neto orders to write a world-class Neto integration that gives Neto users the flexibility they never had. This is a direct drop-in replacement and (massive) improvement over Neto's Pick n Pack.

Who are you designed for?

Australian ecomms shipping from their own warehouse, typically smaller, non-palletised goods, from a few hundred orders a month to tens of thousands. The stages are the point: a $1M store and a $100M operation run the same system, at the stage that fits. Whether you're a vertical brand or reseller (from beauty products to car parts), if you're an Aussie ecomm, we'll solve problems you didn't even know you had.

What volume can you handle?

Our largest customer received 40,000 orders in 3 days, fulfilling them all within 2 weeks, limited only by their team size. Our platform is designed to scale with your business, and we have deep experience managing ecomm's seasonal peaks.

What does it cost to try it?

Nothing. We set the integration up for you, you choose the day it goes live, and the first seven days from that moment are free. Every order you ship that week is free and so is the stage fee. Pause the integration at any point and you won't be invoiced a cent. No setup fee, no contract, no cancellation fee.
